Before the event / Thursday 12 November (optional)

• Meet & Greet — a relaxed evening of casual drinks to say hello, connect informally, and kick off the weekend with good energy.

Day 1 / Friday 13 November

• 2:00pm – 5:30pm: Trade & Media Session

A focused, professional window designed for importers, wine buyers, retailers, sommeliers, wine educators and journalists to taste the full range attentively, dive into technical details, and explore real distribution and partnership opportunities.

• 6:00pm – 9:00pm: Open Consumer Session

The festival comes alive with the public

Day 2 / Saturday 14 November

• 12:00pm – 6:00pm: Main Consumer Session

The heart of the festival, where visitors explore booths, taste freely, and enjoy the full atmosphere.

• 6:00pm – 9:00pm: Eat. Run. Hunt! Evening Tasting

A lively closing celebration with the crowd from Eat. Run. Hunt! sport & wine event joining Biodyna Festival

After the event / Sunday 15 November (optional)

• Post-event Lunch on Lamma Island

A casual, fun unwind with local food, wine sharing, and relaxed moments with fellow exhibitors, importers, and local tastemakers.

FAQ

WHO ATTEND THE EVENTS ?

Buyers, Wine bar owners, importers, wine lovers and general trade including sommeliers, wine medias, educators.

HOW MANY WINES SHOULD I PLAN ?

We recommend a minimum of 3 bottles per reference per day for tasting + extra 3 bottles of your best sellers to sell directly to consumers during the Festival

HOW TO SHIP MY WINES FOR THE EVENT?

For European and Australian wineries, you can join our consolidation in the South of France and in Melbourne area. Pro rata rate to Hong Kong - all included.

Alternatively, use your usual freight forwarder or logistic company (DHL, UPS, Fedex) to ship your wines/drinks directly to our temperature-controlled warehouse in Hong Kong.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN HONG KONG IN NOVEMBER?

November brings some of the best weather conditions in Hong Kong — dry days with pleasantly mild temperatures and lower humidity. It’s widely regarded as one of the most enjoyable months of the year for outdoor events.
