Wines
Rosé de Fontvert
This is a vibrant, pale-hued rosé with an elegant Provençal profile. Made primarily from Grenache and Cinsault, it offers aromas of wild strawberries, white peach, and citrus zest. The palate is dry and crisp, with a mineral finish and refreshing acidity—perfectly suited to warm weather and Mediterranean cuisine.
Persia Rouge
A signature red cuvée that blends Syrah and Grenache, often from older vines. The wine is deep and concentrated, showing notes of blackberries, dried herbs, and cracked pepper. Silky tannins and a long, earthy finish give it aging potential while remaining accessible in youth.
Persia Blanc
This white blend, typically dominated by Rolle (Vermentino) and Grenache Blanc, is aromatic and textured. Expect floral notes, fresh pear, and hints of citrus peel layered over a mineral core. Aged partially in tank and neutral oak, it has a round mouthfeel with vibrant acidity.
Le Mourre Negre
A more structured, cellar-worthy red, crafted from select parcels of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. It’s bold and savory, with notes of black olive, plum, and forest floor. The tannins are firm yet refined, and the wine evolves beautifully with time.
Château de Fontvert’s wines are pure expressions of their environment—sun-kissed yet restrained, wild yet composed. Each bottle carries the energy of the Luberon hills and a quiet confidence that comes from thoughtful, holistic winemaking.
