White Wines
Coteau de Vernon – The estate’s flagship Condrieu, known for its complexity and elegance. Rich aromas of ripe peaches and yellow plums blend with delicate oak spice. The palate is full and textured, with precise minerality and a long, layered finish. This wine gains even more depth with bottle age.
Les Chaillées de l’Enfer – Made from old Viognier vines grown on steep granite slopes, this Condrieu shows stone fruit, herbal and waxy notes with tension and freshness. Aged on lees in oak barrels, it combines richness with precision and saline undertones.
Les Terrasses de l’Empire – A harmonious and expressive Condrieu, offering notes of white peach, apricot, and almond. It delivers generous fruit and smooth texture, lifted by mineral freshness. Approachable young but with aging potential.
Le Pied de Samson – A Viognier grown just outside the official Condrieu zone. Juicy and aromatic, it displays lush fruit, floral lift, and a refreshing finish. A more immediate, playful expression of the variety.
Red Wines
Maison Rouge – From old Syrah vines in Côte-Rôtie, this wine is dark, brooding, and powerful. Notes of black fruit, oriental spice, smoked meat, and licorice build into a structured and velvety wine with excellent aging capacity.
Terres d’Encre – A Saint-Joseph Syrah with vibrant dark fruits, cracked pepper, and graphite. The palate is firm yet refined, balancing spice and savory character with a mineral backbone.
Sainte-Agathe – Expressive of red berries and black pepper, this Syrah is bright and linear with a lively acidity and saline freshness. Polished and peppery, it's a versatile, food-friendly wine.
Fleur de Mai – A limited-production Syrah offering lush notes of black cherry, game, and spice. Silky and balanced on the palate, with generous fruit and savory undertones, reminiscent of a young Côte-Rôtie.
