Champagne Fleury
Champagne Fleury is a pioneering family estate located in Courteron, in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost part of Champagne. Founded in 1895, it has become one of the region’s leading advocates for biodynamic viticulture and natural winemaking. The Fleury family began farming biodynamically in 1989 — the first in Champagne to do so — guided by a belief that healthy soils and biodiversity are essential to true terroir expression. The vineyards, planted mainly with Pinot Noir alongside Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris, grow on the region’s distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils. In the cellar, gentle pressing, native yeast fermentations, and minimal intervention preserve the purity and energy of the fruit. Each cuvée reflects both tradition and innovation — Champagne with soul, depth, and a living connection to the land. Every bottle from Champagne Fleury embodies over a century of craftsmanship and a steadfast commitment to authenticity, balance, and ecological harmony.
