Here’s a closer look at their offerings:
White Wines
Sauvignon Blanc: The flagship variety, offering vibrant aromas of citrus, gooseberry, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and mineral-driven, with a lively acidity that highlights the cool alpine nights of Styria.
Welschriesling: Light, fresh, and delicate, with flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus zest. Its bright acidity makes it an ideal companion for light dishes and a classic expression of the region.
Gelber Muskateller: Intensely aromatic, with notes of elderflower, orange blossom, and exotic fruits. The palate is fresh, dry, and elegant, with a lingering floral finish.
Red Wines
Zweigelt and Pinot Noir: When produced, these reds are light to medium-bodied, with red berry fruit, subtle spice, and soft tannins. They show elegance and finesse, reflecting the cooler Styrian climate.
