Fermentation is carried out by native yeasts in a mix of cement tanks and amphora, with gentle extraction to preserve fruit purity. Aging occurs in large foudres, avoiding new oak to highlight Mediterranean freshness.

Longue Tubi’s reds are supple yet structured, with aromas of wild herbs, black cherry, and a distinctive saline twist. Its rosés, drawn from the same parcels, offer crisp strawberry fruit and lively minerality.

Wines

Rosé – Côtes-de-Provence
This pale-hued rosé is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. It opens with a lifted, spicy nose and delicate notes of red berries and citrus. The palate is crisp and lively, offering refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish. Red – Côtes-de-Provence
Made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, this red wine is structured and full-bodied. Aromas of ripe red fruits, black pepper, and garrigue herbs lead into a concentrated palate with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish. It is a wine with aging potential, well-suited for grilled meats or rich, savory dishes.
