Domaine Léon Boesch
In the Alsatian village of Westhalten, Domaine Léon Boesch has farmed biodynamically since the early 2000s, cultivating Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer on steep limestone and sandstone slopes.
Fermentations are spontaneous in traditional foudres, with long, slow aging on fine lees. No fining, minimal sulfur, and late bottling preserve texture and depth. Boesch’s wines are pure, elegant, and finely etched—offering crystalline fruit, vibrant acidity, and a lingering echo of Alsace’s stony soils.

Domaine Léon Boesch, located in the Vallée Noble of Alsace, is a historic family estate dating back to 1640. Now run by the 11th generation, Matthieu and Marie Boesch, the domaine is certified organic and biodynamic, with a focus on low-intervention winemaking. Their wines reflect a deep respect for the land, precise craftsmanship, and a clear expression of Alsace’s diverse terroirs.
White Wines
Edelzwicker “Les Collines” – A traditional field blend of Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, and Muscat. Dry, aromatic, and full-bodied, it delivers notes of tropical fruits, white flowers, and citrus, supported by crisp acidity and mineral tension.
Pinot Blanc “La Cabane” – Expressive and fresh, with aromas of orchard fruit, melon, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, it shows a soft, rounded texture balanced by bright acidity, making it ideal for a wide range of food pairings.
Riesling “Les Grandes Lignes” – Elegant and structured, with citrus, white peach, and floral notes over a stony, saline backbone. Its linear precision and mineral character make it a quintessential dry Riesling from Alsace.
Red Wines
Pinot Noir “Les Jardins” – A vibrant and fruit-forward Pinot Noir with red cherry, blackberry, and subtle spice. The texture is silky, with fine tannins and a gentle earthiness that adds depth without overpowering the wine’s freshness.
Sparkling Wines
Crémant d’Alsace “Zero” Brut Nature – Made in the traditional method and aged in barrels, this dry sparkling wine blends Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. It offers aromas of citrus peel, green apple, and brioche, with crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
