Domaine W is a small, organic and biodynamic wine estate in the Brabant region of Belgium, built on a working farm of 35,000 vines alongside 5,000 trees and shrubs, wildflower meadows, and beehives—a project as much about biodiversity as it is about wine. It stands as a genuine outlier in the sparkling wine world: a Belgian producer crafting traditional-method fizz in méthode champenoise style, a rarity in a country far better known for beer than bubbles.

The estate's flagship, Brut de Brabant, is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, and holds a notable distinction—it's the only sparkling wine in Belgium certified both organic and biodynamic. Since 2023, the range has grown to include a Rosé and a Blanc de Blancs, both released exclusively to members of the estate's Wine Club. Despite its modest scale, the project has earned gold medals in international competitions and secured placement on the wine lists of several Michelin-starred restaurants, guided throughout by expertise drawn from Champagne itself.

Domaine W's range centers on traditional-method sparkling wine, built from the classic Champagne trio of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, all grown biodynamically on their Brabant estate. Brut de Brabant is the flagship—a blend of all three varieties, fermented in bottle using the méthode champenoise, and distinguished as Belgium's only sparkling wine to carry both organic and biodynamic certification. Since 2023, two further cuvées have joined the range.
