Ladidadi Wines is a vibrant natural wine project based in Portugal’s Dão region, where rugged granite soils and mountain breezes shape distinctive, expressive wines. Founded by Florian Tonello, the estate embraces organic farming and minimal intervention, allowing native grape varieties and terroir to speak with clarity. Working with small, hand-tended parcels near Penalva do Castelo, Ladidadi crafts energetic, unfiltered wines—skin-contact whites with texture and lift, bright and savory rosés, and fresh, aromatic reds like Jaén and Touriga Nacional. Ortie The bold entry into Ladidadi’s reds, crafted from Touriga Nacional grown on steep, granite-flecked slopes.
